The ATLANTIS Seated Side/Rear Deltoid Machine is a unique variation of the Standing Lateral Raise – E252. It features a tapered sternum pad that adjusts to modify the emphasis on the deltoids.

Independent lever arms ensure balanced results and accommodate users with injuries. The counterbalanced lever arms provide a very low starting resistance, making it accessible for all fitness levels.
