What happens when I send through my enquiry?

Can I customise the colour of my machinery and its upholstery?
Most equipment can be customised at a small additional cost, depending on the brand and item. We will confirm whether your selected product is available for personalisation.
How is my quote calculated?
We receive pricing from our suppliers in USD, which is then converted to AUD based on the current exchange rate. Duty tax and shipping costs are added before we provide you with a final quote.
How do I know how much my shipping will cost?
Shipping is calculated by a third-party courier for each order, covering delivery from the manufacturer directly to your location. The cost depends on the weight, size, and delivery destination.
How much do I need to pay upfront for my order?
For most brands, a 50 percent deposit is required to begin manufacturing. The remaining balance is payable once the items are ready for shipment.
Do you have any items available that I don’t need to wait for?
We stock a select range of accessories and machines from multiple suppliers that are available immediately. Please email our team to discuss available options.
How long will my items take to be delivered?
