The Rogers Athletic Short frame PIT SHARK is the ultimate tool for strength training without spinal compression. This shortened version of the tall frame model allows for all the same strength movements, except chins.

PIT SHARK SQUATS are the foundation movement, de-loading the spine and offering endless possibilities for lower body isolation. The hip belt (included) provides easy hook-up and freedom of movement, while the built-in safety improves technique and confidence.
