What happens when I send through my enquiry?
After you enquire online, one of our customer support staff will be in touch within 24 hours to give you some more information and answer any of your questions.
Can I customise the colour of my machinery and its upholstery?
Most pieces of equipment are customisable for a small cost, depending on the brand and the item. We’ll let you know if the specific item you’re looking for is available for personalisation.
How is my quote calculated?
We receive a price from our supplier in USD, and then this is converted in AUD based on the current exchange rate. We then factor in duty tax and shipping costs, then send you a finalised quote.
How do I know how much my shipping will cost?
Shipping is calculated via a third-party courier for each order who works out the total cost from the manufacturer straight to your door. Price is calculated on weight size and destination the item is required to travel to and from.
How much do I need to pay upfront for my order?
For most brands, a 50 % deposit is required upfront to begin manufacturing. The remainder is due once the items are ready to be shipped.
Do you have any items available that I don’t need to wait for?
We have a select range of accessories and machines from multiple suppliers that are readily available. Please email our friendly team to discuss further.
How long will my items take to be delivered?
Delivery time will vary from partner to partner, but we will always inform you before placing your order with the expected wait time.
